Program/Course Description: 

The International Immunobiology Pre-College Program is an official flagship program jointly created by the Institute for Immunology, Tsinghua University. The Institute for Immunology, Tsinghua University (IITU) has a significant academic influence in the global field of immunology and has established cooperative relationships with many top universities and research institutions around the world. The program is designed to provide an international learning platform for outstanding high school students worldwide, cultivating interdisciplinary exploration capabilities and critical thinking and leadership skills in response to current global biomedical challenges.

In the historic Tsinghua Campus, participants will have an in-depth Two-week learning experience, discussing academic topics with international young scholars, and promoting intellectual exchange. The curriculum is aligned with international advanced immunobiology research, giving students the opportunity to access cutting-edge scientific knowledge.

Professors from the Institute for Immunology, Tsinghua University enjoy a high reputation in the international academic community, with hundreds of papers published in top international academic journals such as Nature, Science,Cell and Immunity.  They have several Globally Highly Cited Scientists and have become founders and authoritative researchers in various fields of immunobiology. Students will have the opportunity to interact directly with these top scholars, thereby obtaining valuable academic guidance and research inspiration.

By participating in this program, high school students will not only broaden their international horizons but also enhance their competitiveness in a global academic environment, laying a solid foundation for their future academic or professional careers.

Who should attend：

Grade: 

Students in their first or second year of high school (or 10th or 11th grade in American international schools); expected to graduate in May or June of 2026 or 2027 (Northern Hemisphere students), or November or December of 2025 or 2026 (Southern Hemisphere students).

Age: 

Must be between 16 and 18 years old before July 20, 2025.

English proficiency: 

Applicants must have strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to adapt to daily communication and high-level academic language environments. (Official English language test scores are required: TOEFL or IELTS).

 Note: This training program has a minimum number of participants required to start a class. If the number of registered participants does not meet this minimum, the program will be canceled or postponed.

Program Cost:

Program Fee: $5700 per person, RMB 39,999 for students within China. 

Note: The fee includes training and materials costs, but does not cover accommodation and meals.
