清华大学-勃林格殷格翰感染免疫联合研究中心因工作需要，拟招聘工作人员或博士后一名，本职位将主要负责清华大学与德国勃林格殷格翰公司合作项目，通过建立不同病原微生物细胞感染模型与动物感染模型，进行化合物及抗体药物筛选，并且在细胞和动物水平上探索相关免疫分子机制。本职位旨在架设企业界与学术界之间的桥梁，提供融入跨国大药企的第一手经验，非常适合即将博士毕业或已毕业尚在摸索出路阶段的专业人士。本职位主要工作及日常管理将由清华大学免疫学研究所进行。

招聘条件：

1. 具有免疫学，微生物学或相关专业博士学位，具有细胞感染模型，小鼠感染模型或免疫动物模型研究背景者优先；
2. 具有BSL2及以上生物安全实验室操作经验者优先；
3. 有SCI论文发表记录；
4. 责任心强，科研态度严谨，有一定独立性；
5. 具备较好的英文沟通，阅读，写作能力。

Job description:

Boehringer Ingelheim-Tsinghua University Joint Research Center is inviting application for a scientist or postdoctoral fellow position (associated with Institute for Immunology at Tsinghua University). This position will be responsible for working on a Tsinghua University and Boehringer Ingelheim company collaborative project, mainly focusing on efficacy tests as well as target validation using a variety of infection models, both in vitro and in vivo. The job scope will also include mechanistic studies regarding the immunological and molecular biology basis of the observed immune-infection phenotypes. The position is an ideal bridge between industry and academia, providing closeup interactions with a highly reputable international biopharma yet retaining exploratory opportunities of academic research.     

Qualifications:

1. The candidate must have completed a Ph.D degree in immunology/microbiology or a related discipline within the last 3 years.
2. The successful candidate should have experiences handling various in vitro and in vivo infection models. Experiences of working in BSL2 and/or of immunology-related mechanistic studies are preferred.
3. A record of scientific publication.
4. Candidates must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
5. Have excellent English skills for communication, literature reading and manuscript writing.
