Tsinghua-Chang Gung Joint Center for Digestive Diseases has been established to spearhead the efforts combining the academic strength of the Institute for Immunology of Tsinghua University with the clinical resources and expertise of physicians from Chang Gung Hospital. The collaboration aims to achieve a substantive and synergetic cooperation between basic and clinical medicine in digestive diseases, to train physician-scientists, and to promote the international recognition of both of the institutions as a whole.
